    When booking a service, whether for mehndi or nail art, you are required to make a deposit or full payment in advance. This secures your appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel an appointment or order, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.
